Wednesday, Sept. 8th-
Chef and Restaurant owner Lydia Bugatti will cook market foods at the Downtown Wednesday Market at 5:30pm

Saturday, Sept. 11th -
- Gayle Starbuck from Curds on the Way will have a workshop on Preserving the Harvest and on Cheese-Making at 11am.
- Extension Family Food Educators will have a booth on preserving with all their information and pamphlets.

Chef's Demo:
September 18th-
James Keeney, chef from StoneCliff Inn, will be cooking at 11am.
September 25th-
Matthew Castellani will be cooking at 11am.

The Downtown "Winter" Market
8th St. at Main
will keep us shopping locally through the winter and early spring, from November to April. This market will open on a bi-weekly schedule Saturdays 10am-2pm.
